Artwork Dimensions

Every one of our pieces sold online will be measured by WxH. We recommend using blue painter’s tape to section off the dimensions and see if a piece is right for the room!

Shopping in an Online Gallery

From any area within the site, you can use the navigation located at the top and side of the screen to go to any category or item.

Click on a product name or photo to view a detailed product description, which contains all the information you need to order. When you have found the item you want, add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart.” The quantity can be raised or lowered in your shopping cart or at checkout.

When you select a product, your order summary will automatically display, allowing you to edit or delete items in the cart or cancel your entire order. You can begin the checkout process, or you can continue shopping. Each time you select a new item, the summary will display again, so you always know exactly what's in your shopping cart.

Finally, you can view your order at any time, from anywhere on the site, by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page.

When you're ready to place your order, click "Checkout" which will bring you to the Billing and Shipping page. You will be asked for a billing and shipping address, credit card information, and delivery instructions. Complete all required information and follow the onscreen prompts through the order process. Although ordering online at is completely secure, some people still prefer to order by phone. If you'd like to place your order by phone, please call (904) 824-3662 and our gallery staff will be happy to help you. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours. Your order will then be shipped to the address you specified.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of Lithographs and Paper Giclees.*

Canvas Giclees are custom made to order and may be custom hand embellished. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of Canvas Giclees.*

* Delivery dates are estimates only and can vary due to backorders, order processing delays, payment information, and various shipping delays that may be out of our control. Custom hand embellished Canvas giclees are finished to order. After we receive your order, we will contact you if an item is out of stock or if there are delays. Rush service may be available on select items, call 904-824-3662.

What is your shipping policy?

FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100 in the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Please note that orders under $100 will be shipped with a flat freight charge of $12.50 and that our no shipping cost policy does not apply to orders $99.99 (before tax) and below.

All items are professionally packed and insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a pick-up or proceed with steps for package returns. All damaged claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

If your order totals:

Up to $99.99 (before tax) - $12.50

Over $100 (before tax) - Free of Shipping Charge

To cancel or change your order, please contact the gallery directly within 48 hours of purchase.

Returning Policy

Our goal is to provide the highest quality service and artwork to our clients. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. All items are professionally packed and insured. Please contact us at info@trippharrisongallery.com for return assistance.

Delivery Time and Processing

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of Lithographs and Paper Giclees.*

Canvas Giclees are custom made to order and are custom hand embellished. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of Canvas Giclees.*

If there is a delay for any reason we will email or call you.

We ship with UPS and do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. 

Shipping is available Monday through Friday. If you require special shipping arrangements please contact the gallery directly at (904) 824-3662. Remember to order early in advance for special occasions, gift purchases, and the holiday season.
